I recently attended a civil engineering course in Adelaide and was afforded the opportunity to stay in one of the many classy Adelaide hotels, which rate amongst the finest in the world. The weather during my stay played its part and I was blessed with bright sunshine and hot temperatures. I had a few days off after the course and when I enquired at the hotel reception what activities were available; I was stunned by the myriad activities. As I like the sea I chose to go on the great white shark cage diving outing which was tremendous fun and an exhilarating experience. I had to get up close, but not too personal with two huge great whites. On return to the hotel, I flopped into bed and fell asleep watching one of the numerous sports channels on TV. I woke up to a buffet breakfast in the morning and then unfortunately had to catch a flight that afternoon back to my hometown and leave the lovely surroundings of Adelaide behind. What a shame.
