Exercise for the Skinny? is That Good?
Most people do not really understand the concepts of gaining weight, especially skinny people. Most skinny people have the impression that they have to eat fatty foods in order to gain some kind of weight. However, the concept that they follow is totally flawed. Eating fatty food will just make you fat, which is definitely the opposite of what you are looking for.
